How does it work?  
Your HOA dues and/or Community Special Assessment will be deducted from your designated account according monthly.
What do I need to do?
Navigate to your homeowner portal at home.cranberrypm.com.  Once you are logged in, please select your preferred method of payment.

​Personal Checks/Money Orders
How does it work?
You write a check, enclose a coupon and mail it in every time your payment is due. 
What do I need to do?
Write a check payable to your homeowners association and mail it along with your payment coupon to the address below.

Your Bank's Online Billpay
What do I need to do?
Set up the community as the payee in your online billpay system.  No coupon is necessary, but please include your account number on all checks.
